Bellingham Public Schools uses two separate online payment systems, one for Associated Student Body (ASB) and the other for Food Services. Bellingham families also have the option of paying by cash or check at each school.
Online payments are a simple, safe and secure way to make payments to your students account 24 hours a day at your convenience. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. A convenience fee is attached to online purchases. Online payments are accessed through Skyward Family Access. Please allow your internet browser to accept pop-ups from Skyward Family Access in order to proceed. Use your Skyward Family Access login and password to sign into online payments.
This service is offered by a third-party provider and a processing fee is included with your payment(s), similar to other online banking services. Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of checkout. The district does not request or keep records of family credit card account information. Please read attached ASB online payment instructions. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox as your browser. Online fee payment is available at: https://onlinepayments.bellinghamschools.org
Bellingham families can also pay for their student's ASB fees with cash or check at their school, this option does not include a convenience fee. Please remember that ASB offices cannot process credit card payments. All returned, refunded, or canceled transactions will be handled in accordance with off-line purchase policies unless otherwise noted on the web store. Neither the district nor PayFlow Pro keeps or stores credit card information. Please remember to print out your receipt.

Bellingham Public Schools provides an easy way to add money to a food account by making payments through the online system, MyPaymentsPlus. If a food account balance is low, it will only take a few minutes to add money using a credit/debit card or a checking account at any time of the day from anywhere. Payments will post within one-hour to the student’s food account. Families will be charged a small fee for making an online payment. Or, families can continue to pay for school meals with cash or check at their school.
To begin the registration process, go to the Food Services Online Payment. Follow the instructions to register or go straight to MyPaymentsPlus.
